Make one revision as required to finalize the space plan.

Review the preliminary space plan and construction cost
breakdown with the prospective tenant and leasing agent.

Meet with leasing agent's and prospective tenant to
develop a concept sketch which illustrates functional
relationships and preliminary space planning

Prepare a detailed preliminary study of functional
relationships of departments, offices, personnel, and
equipment, based on a program provided by the
tenant using our programming forms. The preliminary space will outline square footage, linear
footage of partitions, number of doors, electrical outlets, telephone outlets, and ceiling
fixtures.  Specialized items requested by the prospective tenant will also be identified. The
preliminary space plan will show proposed furniture layout in
1/8" or 1/4" scale and will be presented to the tenant along with a preliminary cost estimate.
